Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We process and ship your order within 2 to 4 business days via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, our customer service team is available to assist you promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by initiating a return.

  • Exchanges: We offer a free exchange for a different size or another item.
  • Return Shipping: In alignment with our sustainability efforts, the cost of return shipping is not covered and must be borne by the customer.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, and must not have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered.
  • Processing Time: Returns may take up to 14 business days to be processed after receipt.

Refunds or exchanges for worn, damaged, or washed items will not be accepted.

Return Process

    Notify us via email at support@mortclothing.de to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return the Item:
    Use a shipping service of your choice to send the item(s) to the following address:

  3. Return Confirmation:
    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • For sustainability reasons, we encourage careful selection of items to minimize unnecessary returns.
  • Refunds will not include the original shipping cost unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
