Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from any purchase agreement concluded with us within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins:

  • For a purchase agreement: on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
  • For partial deliveries: on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of the delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement. This can be done via letter or email. Please direct your withdrawal to:

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us promptly and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Goods should be returned to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If the goods cannot be returned by regular postal services due to their size or nature, please contact us to arrange alternative shipping methods and discuss any associated costs.

3. Compensation for Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it is caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. This includes, for example, excessive use or visible damage to the items.

Important Notes:

  • Notifications of withdrawal made by phone cannot be accepted.
  • Incomplete notifications that do not clearly identify the contract in question will not be processed.
  • Refunds exclude any additional delivery charges if you selected a delivery option beyond the standard delivery method offered by us.
